Got my G6 a few weeks ago. Started on some carts. Then started on 2x mini tanks and making my way around the sampler pack
The last 2 days, when I go to inhale, im not getting a good drag. Almost feels like a vacuum is pulling whatever I try to drag, back into the g6. Ive swapped batteries (one manual, one auto), changed them to full, tried different carts, washed and tried different mini tanks, even opened a brand new mini tank. All give the same results. Seems fine on the first drag or two, then it starts happening.

Why is this happening?

Minis and cartos do have a much tighter/less airy pull than the Triton.

If you're noticing a difference from your standard G6 function, I would bet there's gunk in the air slots on the bottom of the carto/mini tank (threads), inside the center tube, the moat on the battery or the 2 air intake holes. Make sure the center posts are clear of ejuice by blowing into them, give the moat and tank/carto thread on the G6 a good cleaning, and stick a needle into the 2 air holes. Things should be back to normal.

The Triton has the 2 air holes in the bottom of the tanks, while the G6 has 2 air holes on the top sides of the battery posts.

Let me know if this helps.

If it is happening on everything you put on that battery then like Greenleaf suggested clean that battery with isopropyl alcohol on a paper towel and clean around in the moat of the battery too.

And just to be sure we aren't overlooking a simple solution, make sure your not holding the G6 where the battery connects, you could be accidentally covering the air flow. ;)

Sometimes with cartos, they tend to get gunky with several uses. I have used a paperclip, uncoiled to gently poke thru the hole at the bottom. If it's gunked it will come out with gummy juice on it. You should be able to look thru a carto and see thru it. But since you said you used a brand new mini tank, I don't see that being the problem....sry couldn't help

I use the mini tanks with the G6 as well.I have a Triton but actually prefer the G6.Generally if I'm not getting a good pull it's because of juice in the center pole, which will leave juice on your battery as well.I do as some have already posted, give it blow through, clean the bottom on the tank and the battery.I have yet to have any probs with my equip from Halo.(knock on wood).

When filling I try to never over fill but it happens, and sometimes without even realizing it get juice in the center pole. When that happens I have the probs you describe.Otherwise, I got nothin.

Which juice are you vaping?

a lot of different ones.
Pre-filled Tribeca and Turkish, blank cartos with longhorn, prime15, mini tanks with midnight apple, tribeca, turkish.

Like I mentioned in my previous post, i did clean out the threads and stuff on both battery and carts/tanks. But I did notice something strange. If I blew into the 2 small holes on the end with the light, it seemed to help. Dunno why. I thought, especially with a manual battery, that the only air came from the side holes near the carto batt connection?

Can/how/should I take off the light end to clean it?
