Great review.

I posted on the "**The GALILEO mod....From Goodejuice.com!**" thread what i did to use The Galileo without magnests and what i did to allow the buttom to make better contact with the battery, i just uploaded some pics (simillar to your method).

How to use The Galileo in mini mode without magnet spacer.

What to do if you feel the buttom does not make contact ok.

VP I can't believe I missed the review earlier, and it sounds like you reviewed my Galileo. Flippin' chips-n-dings in the top cap! But over all I gotta say this is one of THE mods worth having, even if I am getting a callous on my pinky finger from trying to jam the switch into fire mode. I don't think it would be so bad if I were using 18350's or 16340's but I found these 4.8v NiMH batts, that are as big as the 18650's, that are blowing my mind in my Galileo using a 2.6ohm A2 atty. Once I get my list together of all the 0-rings and magnets and bits and pieces I need for all my doodads I'm going to try Ariel's mods to see if I can get mine, or is it yours, to work better. This is an all day mod for me, right up there with a REO a GLV and a Precise.
