hey guys i purchased a gamucci micro around 3 months ago and only now have i started checking out these forum things to find that they have quite alot of bad reviews? however, mine works fine! i get a large amount of vapour from it the taste is good and i get the throat hit aswel. does anybody else use a gamucci here?

I don't have a Gamucci kit but I believe it is similar to Njoy and fairly popular in the UK from what I understand. If you like it and it works for you, that's all that matters. Now that you're researching a bit more, if if breaks or you ever choose to upgrade you may want to go with a different model. Or not.

First off, welcome to ECF. Second, glad to hear it's working out for you and congrats on your three months!
My first PV (a whopping 5 weeks or so ago) was a Gamucci from my local smoke shop. I didn't really care for the taste (I bought the kit with the prefilled menthol carts) and I noticed it had a really hard draw to it. It seemed like I couldn't get a satisfactory lungful of smoke/vapor no matter what I tried. I also had to return a defective battery and a broken atomizer. The shop made it right, but it was disappointing. Since at the time I didn't know any different and didn't have anything to compare it to, I just figured the experience was "normal" for an electronic cigarette. I got my wife to try it and while we were both less than impressed, it did make us curious enough to research more. We found ECF, and immediately ordered the 901 kits. For both of us, the difference in the draw and vapor production was huge! We have since moved to eGos and that was enough to finally get us off the analogs.
One last note: I passed the Gamucci on to my mom. Didn't really think she'd be interested, but she liked it! I bought her a 901 kit and juices and she's on her fourth day smoke free. My wife took the Gamucci and passed it on to our daughter, who once again, got really into it so we just set her up with a 510 kit and juices and she's down to 1 or 2 analogs a day. So even though I personally didn't like it, that darn Gamucci unit is responsible for the four of us being in the process of getting off the analogs... hopefully for good!

lol The same thing is starting to happen here, too! My old Njoy went to my daughter's bf who then upgraded to a 510 kit and is in the process of getting an eGo, at which point he'll probably pass his 510 to a friend...
and on and on it goes... isn't it wonderful?!?
