So I've got a private v2 clone with an omega clone and there's a nice size gap between the mod and atomizer. I've tinkered with the pins with no luck. Does anyone have a fix for this? Would a new atomizer help?

Hey jaime, it sounds like you need to work on your center pins... Unless the threads on the omega are longer than the privates are deep. Do they look longer, can you remove one of the pins and try it?
Odd as it seems omega's usually have the problem of their post being too short for some mods. Got pictures of your center pin top and bottom?

Use something to measure, anything you can find. Like a straw or something, put it in the 510 mark it match it up to the atty 510. Is the omega longer?
All you can really do is just tighten it an live with it, unless you can grind the omega 510 down 2mm. Just don't over grind the center pin

Most likely not but its a crap shoot with out trying it or seeing one mounted in a photo.

If the 510 is in fact too long a pin adjustment won't help. Your best best in getting a flush mount rba is to look for a private v2 thread on ecf and ask about it, or the fastech forums and discussions on the particular clone you have. Can be challenging to nail down the specific brand clone sometimes.
