So I have quite a few kayfun clones (Rocket, hcigar, something else) and a Fogger V4. I noticed when I screwed them all the way down, there is a gap in between the top of the provari and the bottom of the atomizer. It's like this on all but one of my clones. My iClears 30s' fit flush with it. I read somewhere that Provape actually says the pin might be too high on the provari and you can kind of tap it down with a hammer and something flat. Has anyone else had this?

Taking a hammer to the 510 pin is a bad idea anyway you look at it. The provari was actually designed to have that gap. If you look at the top you will see that the 510 connection is actually raised up slightly from the top. This was their way of letting airflow to the 510 connection for attys that need it (pretty much all of them when the provari was designed). There are some beauty rings out there that you can try to get a flush look.

Oh you're right about the airflow, I didn't even think about that. I did buy a beauty ring for it bit it's not raised up past it so they still don't sit flush. I looked into getting the Hippo V2 but that's a little pricey just for aesthetic purposes. I guess I can live with some tanks raised up a bit, no biggie :3

I will say that a beauty ring on a ProVari is nice due to the heat dissipation with my Russian.
Even with an adjustable center pin on the atty I dial it up in order to use the ring.

Perhaps an o-ring to lift the ring up some would help as long as it did not impede electrical contact.
Unfortunately that would likely produce a small gap at the bottom, so....
