gclapton coils for kanger sub tanks

hello, i am fairly new to vaping but i was able to kick a 30 year marlboro reds habit pretty quick so it looks like i'm in for the long haul..it also helps that i really love vaping.
hopefully someone can answer a question i have regarding the .5 and .3ohm clapton coils for my kanger tanks.

both coils are rated at 25-45w..what is the benefit of the .3ohm if i can't take it above 45w?

i apologise if it's a dumb question, i'm still learning.

The lower the coil value the warmer and denser the vape, usually. The issue is actually more complex than ohm rating. What counts for vapor is surface area.

thanks!..i appreciate the help, it had me scratching my head..the fellas at the shop i go to had no idea why both coils had the same watts rating.
