Hi folks, just a quick intro post.

Originally from the UK, been in NZ for 6yrs dairy farming. Probably like many here I've been smoking since age 14, 28 yrs. Over the years have tried everything to quit, hypnosis, patches, bribery from wife, all with no luck. Last year I heard about e-cigarettes here in NZ (Elusion) & gave it a go. Pretty hopeless to be honest, had no nicotine, little taste & vapor so carried on smoking.

Over the last couple of months I saw a friend in UK on Facebook, posting pics of a tank set-up & talking about flavors & stuff..WTF? Never seen anything like it so had a quick scoot around the web & found this place. Nothing much here in NZ as can't buy the nicotine yet so after a few weeks research ordered a KGO kit from hoosier, some carts & sample juices.

All arrived 2 weeks ago today, & smoked my last ciggy that night!! Still can't quite believe it, never thought it would be this easy. Don't even want a real one anymore.

Have since got 2 lil mama tanks which I'm loving (although lost one today along with a KGO, in a paddock somewhere on farm) but it's a good excuse to buy some more gear! :)

Anyway big thanks to everyone who posts here, it's life changing, and no doubt saving a few too. :2cool:

Hi and welcome!! You should put the little silicone caps, (aka condoms :)), back on the cartos as they will dry out and lose efficiency. You can go back to them, but they may need refreshed with some drops of eliquid. Look around the forum and you tube for more specific topping off/ filling instructions. You'll know when they need refilled as you won't get as much vapor and the taste will be bad. Congrats on quitting!!

Welcome to ECF! Dripping is definitely the best way to try out new juices before committing them to a carto, and IMO the best way to vape while sitting at my desk (which is most of the time these days). I'd suggest getting a couple good dripping attys, don't burn them dry, and be prepared to find out what your juice is *supposed* to taste like.

Happy Vaping! :vapor:
