This thread is to discuss products available at or purchased from Gearbest.com Gearbest is a China based company that also has a factory in the USA for fast shipping and they boast near factory direct pricing. I, personally have reviewed several devices for them and have never been let down. I received my products in a very timely manner and was very satisfied. They are a reseller of all sorts of items but have a huge selection of mods, rta's, rba's building material, tools and other vaping related items. Their website is Gearbest dot Com.

Gearbest....yea, right.........

My story: I found a litle 40 watt TC mod at an incredible price from Gearbest. List price is $80.00 Other sites had it for $39.95, Gearbest had a sale at $15.99!! Wow...I jumped all over it. They take Paypal. Perfect, I thought.
First mistake: NOWHERE on the site or in the checkout process was it mentioned that they were Chinese, and the product would be shipped from China.
Second mistake: I ordered the product on November 17th. I was notified that it shipped on November 29th, by China E-packet.
Third mistake: It is now December 31. 44 days since I placed the order and they charged my card. I contacted them 3 times with "Where's my order" requests. "It's shipped" is the replay, and "Here's the tracking number" (Yea, right.....try to track one of these Chinese tracking numbers....good luck.)

This is rediculous! I must admit that I was fooled by their slick website into thinking this was a US company and that I would receive my order in 3-4 days. I feel like I've been scammed. But, buying an $80 mod for $15 seems like an amazing deal--or too good to be true, more likely. They come up constantly in Google searches with the lowest prices. They send me emails at least once a day with amazing deals.

Never again. I'm waiting it out to see what I actually receive. Maybe by some miracle they'll throw in some extra goodies in the box to make up for their scamming. I can't loose any money--Paypal offers supreme protection against that--but their slight of hand website and super slow shipping has really got me ....... So, everyday I check my mailbox, and everyday I'm disappointed. I should have known better.

Honestly when it comes to China I stick to Fasttech, I've never waited more than 2 weeks and they actually reply to you even if it at times it takes them a day or so. Cheap prices that actually deliver on their promise.

For the product I purchased there were warehouse options: China USA EU RU. Not all had the product in stock. I selected USA and it shipped from NJ. It is possible they changed this process or it isn't available for all products. Based on my experience I would order from them if it were available from the USA location. I'm sorry that others have had problems.
