First time I ordered from GearBest or any company from China directly. Purchased a Nitecore i4 and a RX200. The items were supposed to leave from a US warehouse but came from Hong Kong. The order was placed on March 27, I received the order today one week later. Let me just say I'm impressed that the free shipping took no time at all and will definitely order from overseas again (free shipping through DHL). Here I thought that I'd be expected to wait weeks upon weeks based upon other's experiences. For those delaying ordering from elsewhere when worried about shipping delays, do not hesitate... The delay was most definitely negligible.

Can't wait to use the products. It's making my snowy day off definitely worth it!

Free DHL?
Must have been due to incorrect US Stocking availability.
I've placed 6 orders with GearBest...... in Stock and pre-order. 4 Canceled due to non-fulfillment.
The other 2 shipped through their normal PostNL routing. Even with tracking, almost impossible to track at any given point.

Nothing beyond occasional Lowest Price has impressed me about GearBest.

I've been purchasing from China for over a Decade. GB sits at the bottom of the list along with Cigabuy.

Looks like I just got extremely lucky... Here, I thought, this was the norm. :(

Nope not the norm.

I hace bought a lot of stuff from Fasttech. Maybe 10 parcels. Witg 10+ items in every parcel.

I have had two isdues.

A battery pack to charge my pbone didnt work.

A replacement glass for an RTA arrived cracked.

After $500 or more merchandise only $7 of items arrived broken or nonfunctional.

I also had an unfulfilled order from Gearbest. It was one of their spectacularly priced pre-sale deals. It was the one and only time I have tried them. They did refund the $$, but I was left with a bad impression of the company.

IMO Fasttech and FocalEcig are the best Chinese companies for overseas ordering. Out of the 30+ orders I have made through them (approximately $1000 USD), I have only had 2 mentionable problems. A faulty ego charging cable and a Kayfun base that had poorly machined juice channels, $7 total. Both probs were rectified quickly with an email including a photo of the items.

Glad to hear you had a positive experience with Gearbest tho, some worthy competition amongst the Chinese vendors is good for the vape community as a whole.
