Gearing up for first Reo

So I'm ready and excited to get my Reo Grand and I want to get some new atties. Its been quite a while since I gave the 306 a shot. I didnt have much luck with my first try at them however long ago it was. They both died pretty quickly (within a couple weeks if i recall) and i got a burned lip and the driptip got partially melted. I think with my dripping style I would vape the atty too dry. Now, with a feeder, keeping the coil wet should be much easier and I'm ready to give them a shot.

I've been intrigued by the cannon tips. I found this deal and want to know what you guys think.

Doh! of course I forgot MvGratz tip about good prophets having 306s on sale for 5 bucks right now. 3x joye LR 306s and a delrin (long) tip for 16.50, not too shabby!

When you are first starting with a 306, I'd recommend that you get a transparent drip tip so you can see how much you are juicing. After you get the hang of it, you can use whatever you like.

Ah, good tip. Too bad neither vendor has a clear tip available =(. Hmm, I still have my other tip with the melted side. I think it will still work lol! (its clear blue)

I think that's a great deal! MVG is the PRICEGRABBER of Reovil! You can't go wrong with his finds. Congratulations on what is going to be the best vaping purchase you ever made - a REO!

Alot people here seem to like Cisco's atomizers and hes currently running a special for 2 atties and a drip tip for 20 bucks, all of the options except for white and black are transparent iirc

I've tried Joye 306's and didn't like them at all. Cisco's are where it's at as far as my tastes go. They are a bit more expensive ($9 each), but so well worth it, imo. He also has a two attys plus a drip tip for $19.99 deal though and clear tips are available.

That cisco deal is the one I got when I first tried the 306. it was on my eGo battery and I remember hating the short tip because it didnt extend out of the cone far enough. Everyone raves about the ciscos, but Ive had good luck with Joye atties as well. I'm just looking for cheap right now I guess.

Maybe I should just stick to the 510s im familiar with... I dunno anymore. I wish i just had the money to buy a bunch of stuff and see what I like best.

I got a few in this week and am loving them. Same height as a standard 510 atty and a DT.

I remember considering the longer Tip when I placed my first order all those months ago, I went on the cheap and got the short tip =(. I think, since I'm so broke, I'll just have to go with the goodprophets 5 dollar joye deal. Its hard to beat 5 bucks a pop and an xl tip for 1.50. Someday in the future when I can find a new job (or 2nd part time job) I can splurge on some better stuff. Maybe I can try Iken some day, that site seems to have been out of stock since I started vaping last october =P

Pulled the trigger at good prophets. 3x 306LR and 1 XL delrin black tip 19.46 shipped =D I'll use my old clear tip at first til i get the hang of the squonk then switch to my black xl tip. Either that or ill use the RCR batts and crank my reg resistance attys at 6v =P.

If it has a 3v switch, you can use it, but I don't know if it does.

Like a physical switch? Im pretty positive it doesnt have any kind of toggle. It seems to be the cheapest of the cheap chargers. I'll probably have to drop more money I dont have on a new charger =(

The TR-001 will charge the 3.7v CR123s. Not entirely sure about the 3v though. I vaguely recall there being a 3v switch on there, but I went to the Ultrafire WF-139 when one side of my TR-001 stopped charging batteries. I haven't looked at it for over 6 months now.

If you have the 3.7v batteries and the LR attys on the way, give those a chance before you worry about 6v. You might find yourself liking the combo just fine.

My trader is including some RCR123 (or whatever the number is, i cant think right now) so that was the only reason I was considering it. I am liking LR at 3.7v pretty well right now so Im not gonna worry about them right now anyway since I'll need a new charger. Thank you everyone for your insight and help, I really do appreciate it! I know just how you feel I thought I would go bonkers waiting for my reo mini. It is my dram machine, I am playing with it trying different hardware on it trying to find out what is best I have heard the Cisco's were pretty good but haven't gotten one yet. Like you I am financally (well broke) right now. I would think about giving I kenvape a shot when you do. When his site opens back up I am going to be purchasing a couple of things to try I have been holding on to my money for that reason. I have only heard good things about his company

Im about 100% positive he will sell out of everything before I get a chance to order from Iken, but oh well, thats the way things go when you are barely scraping by. I was happy to get a few Joye 306LRs and a tip for less than $20 from GoodProphets. I am on my last LR atty (just about fried it in my pocket with my OG mod and now its working like crap and tastes even worse) so hopefully I can make those last a while.
