I kno it's been said everywhere on the forums, but Cignot.com is the absolute best, since starting vaping I had constant problems with my eGo batteries, but the ladies at cignot have helped me out in every and any way they possibly could...back and forth e-mails throught the entire day, re shipping anything that was damaged...u name it, the problem was with the charger burning out my batteries, the ladies have so far sent me 3 replacement batteries, a brand new atty, as well as a charger...i didnt expect to be so well accomadated and have been so greateful for all they have done. I'd recommend them for anyone looking into buying a PV...IMO definately get the eGo, great battery and u can use ur 510 parts as backups

My limited experience with Cignot has been absolutely great. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and accurate. I couldn't expect more from these people! And, the prices are right in line with the market and frequently lower.

Agreed. I've been buying from many suppliers here (maybe too many ).
I bought my eGo parts from Cignot and couldn't be happier about their service and prices. Also liked their juices.

I too just orderd my first setups from Cignot after advice from this forum. The hinge on a PCC I got was messed up, so I went them an email this morning. No exaggeration:

11:27 am - sent an email explaining the problem
11:30 am - received a reply saying that they are sending me a new one along with an envelope to send the broken one back
11:33 am - "Order Shipped" confirmation email arrives w/ tracking number

Can't argue with that.
