I've got a UFS on pre-order and was wondering if anyone can answer the following:
  • Are we saying you CAN'T use a cartomizer or that it just hasn't been tested? I understand that the 510 atomizer may be preferred, but I have some Mega 510 carts which I really like.
  • If I prefer 6.0v vaping, what ohm atomizer should I be using? Mine are not LR or HR-- just regular Joye 510s. I have about 60 left, stockpiled from before I began using the Turbo carts in my AVS 2.
  • The 510s I have are black and I've had some issues with the paint (enamel?) coming off over time. Is there a concern with these atties sitting in liquid?.
  • I'm a little hesitant with the liquid control. I'm familiar with my AVS 2 and the air control (I like a little tighter draw), but how do you know how to control the liquid flow? There was a little learning curve for me on the AVS 2, so I'm sure I'll adapt. Just curious.
  • I did watch the video but read another post about refilling-- syringes, hand refilling, etc. On my AVS 2, I simply take off the mouthpiece and top ring and squirt juice from the bottle. Can I continue to do that with the UFS?

Sorry for all the questions, but I want to order whatever atties I need before the new UFS arrives!

510 cartomizer isnt tested but it will work as I see it Wylie

for 6 volt I recomend between 3,5-4,5 ohm

Your atomizer was peeling not inside AVS, am I right Wylie?

liquid control is very easy. When you feel that atomizer is overflooded then you close the liquid control, you vape the surplus liquid and then you open the liquid control a little less than were is was before. I will make one more video about UFS before I send them to my sellers.

You will be able to do exactly the same as you did with AVS Wylie

Correct. I've never used a 510 in my AVS, only Turbo cartomizers and your i-Atties. I think this was caused by soaking the atomizer in Everclear. I guess the alcohol broke the paint down, but was just making sure the black atomizers were ok to use in UFS.

Thanks for the responses, by the way!

Hello, Imeo!
At last I decided to become an owner of GGTS+AVS.
I already ordered GGTS from UK and waiting for them to receive AVSv3 (=UFS?).
But I have a question: they say it is better to buy a set of replacement o-rings for AFS just in case - so will "AVS replacement o-ring set of 11" or "AFS replacement o-ring set of 6" fit the AVS3?

welcome to GG club reme my friend.

Yes, AVS3 is the UFS. But the o-rings you saw are for AVS2 and not for UFS (AFS3). So better to wait and order the UFS o-rings for back up when they show up on site

And as BR said, the o-rings for UFS are 9

the o-rings for UFS are:

2x9/1,5 they go to the upper of the connector
17/1,5 it goes to the base of the connector
21/1,5 it goes inside the control ring
14/1,5 it goes at the base of the UFS base piece
18/1,5 it goes to the upper of the transparent window
16/1,5 it goes to the base of the transparent window
5/1,5 it goes to the 510 atomizer's extension
9/2 it goes between refilling cap and mouthpiece
