JBTX1 showed me an alternative to use a 510 cartomizer connection on the UFS. I hope he weighs in on this.

Basically, you just get a Danco washer (I'll try to find a link) and just extend your 510 cartomizer through the lid of the UFS. I tried his and it worked great, but I haven't done it to mine, yet. Here are two pics, one in the UFS and one just showing the cartomizer and washer.

As I play around with it more, I'll make a thread.

Other: No, you don't use the atomizer extender and no, you don't need to put a hole in the carto.

Thanks a million, Wylie. I'll give this a go (once this tank is empty, of course :) )

This should work with dual coils too eh? I'd like to try this!

I don't see why not. You're just replacing the atomizer extender and mouthpiece/washer with a bigger cartomizer and larger washer. It's still a 510 connection and will work with Imeo's design.

Remember to have your cartomizer saturated (not flooded) the first time because the UFS juice control may not allow the juice to automatically fill the cartomizer. You can do this by taking primary draws (sucking the juice up into the carto). Vaping a dry cartomizer ensures you'll be tasting a burnt flavor for quite a while. Yeah, I've done it.

Finally, JB did tell me he only turns the juice control about 1/8 of a turn, which is less than the regular set-up. I think this is because the polyfill could suck juice like a sponge, possibly giving a flooded cartomizer.

I'm going to play around with it tonight so I have some practical experience...

Edit: Why don't I have experience? My UFS is just about perfect. Why would I try it? That's what this hobby's all about!

ok cool, just need to find one of these Danco washers. Are they commonly available at lowes or home depot? Or is ordering online necessary?

Home Depot, Lowe's. I'm trying to find the exact link, I think it's a beveled washer. Here's a pic with some back-lighting. Maybe it'll be clearer.

Missed part of your question. You can get them in-store.

JBTX1 says Price-Pfister seat washer 3H-8H/C at Home Depot.

I think this is the correct link.

Thought I would chime in on this. I first tried this without the use of any punched holes in the 510 Boge cartomizer. It works pretty darn well I must admit. However, it seemed like I had to do alot of adjusting on the juice control so.....I had to punch a couple of holes in the carto just to see for myself and because I vape 100% VG juice. Holy Cow! I now do not need to even use the juice control at all and only the air flow control ring every now and then for priming. It's as perfect a vape as I have found. Thick huge clouds. Extremely flavorfull! I have not wasted a drop of juice either. It even beats the AVS with the 808's punched out. Below is my listed setup:

UFS SS and GGTS
510 Boge cartomizer approx. 3ohm/regular
Danco Seat Washer (as Wylie was so kind to list my seceret)...lol...j/k
Super-T SS drip tip
6volts
Innovapor full flavor 18nic

Thoughts in closing. If only Imeo would make a longer sight window then no washer or drip tip would be needed. For those of you that use a thinner viscosity PG mix e-juice, perhaps only one hole or no holes punched in the carto would be needed.

Most of all a special thanks to Imeo for making the best DAMN PV system in the entire world.....at least IMO!

Vape hard my friends.:vapor:

PS: Punched hole/s orientation in the cartos are the same as the 808 setup. It doesnt have to be exact.

I was going to suggest to Imeo to try a Longer Acrylic piece with an extended 510 adapter at the top for a larger capacity tank. and if he made the longer acrylic piece just right, it could also fit your carto without any added parts.

As an Optional purchase of course

Exactly my thoughts Zor! What about Imeo? Please!

Guys, things are easier than making a bigger acrylic piece and a longer extension. That way you have to replace those pieces all the time to vape cartos and its messy too. The best way to use UFS as it is and still be able to use anything inside it is to make a small upper nut like AVS has that will hold o-ring in place. That way you can put anything inside UFS with any drip tip you like.
