I've been using a Genesis device for a few months now. I've gotten past the learning curve for making wicks and wrapping coils. I still however haven't figured out the best setup for my favorite, high vg juices (70-100%vg).

I'm currently using a tight 3mm diameter, 400 mesh dual wick (wick in wick) design. It wicks 50/50 very well, but the capillary action diminishes with increasing amounts of VG. I have some 500 mesh coming in today. I'm hoping the veterans can shine some light on the best wick design for juices with a high vg content.

Have been fervently reading about this lately, looking for the same answers. The 635 mesh thread has some good info. Seems like the answer is to roll 500 mesh or higher as thickly as possible, no center channel & clean it daily. Remove wick, torch it & dry burn coils while wick is removed. Slide wick back in & good as new. Still not convinced that a medium sized paper clip sized center channel isn't the best way to wick thick juices though. Haven't been able to test these new findings due to holidays though soon will.
