it is kinda trouble for me - i dont have all day to waste on the computer. one should not have to track down another forum and try to translate a bunch of stuff just to find out the status of a promised product purchased months ago.
i am not making a fuss but seriously I cannot remember EVER waiting this long for ANYTHING regardless of what needed to be done to it.
i hope we hear something soon lol

Now come on Guy’s lets be a little realistic.
Some math: About to assemble is 500 units I think. They got the parts around Dec 1.
Today is Dec 22. That would make 22 units to assemble per day if they need 20 minutes per unit. Thats 7.24 hrs per day every day.
(I would need 2 hrs per unit hihi)
I have read that someone said at the German forum it is one member doing the assembling. So thats not going to happen since whoever is doing this (even if its more then one) also have personal lives. Work, Partnerships, Kids, Social Responsibility and so on just like everyone else.
Would I be happy to have it for the holidays? I would have been ecstatic if I had it 7 months ago as I started to vape.
But whatever it takes in the end it will be fine since it is a great product.

an english site that only took a few min.
i'm not trying to to nitpick but my wife and i both work and i have a 5yr old boy and my wife uses the computer mostly. so no i dont have hours of time to try to register and translate yet another forien forum just to find out about an order i placed, PAYED FOR, and was promised months ago. i understand there have been complications and delays but i have also been part of several coops (one of which did have some problems) and they have all not operated like this.
besides it only takes a second to type - there's only one guy working right now we mailed XX this week - or some similar thing so everbody knows some progress is being made besides them laughing at us silly americans asking and wanting our stuff....
oh look i sound redundant lol oh well.
personally it gets here when it gets here but with the gtank, scubagens, line, and soon gtankUS (which will beat it too i am sure) this genisis is no longer something special that i was all super hyped about getting and all the fuss i made to try and hurry up and get this was wasted energy and it will become just another in the collection instead of a ground breaking gizmo i cant live without.

Exactly my point. Well said. Germans don't have jobs, wives or kids and have computers coming out of their ears. Their purpose on earth and obligation is to make things for people for the cost of materials.

And what is the unit price on those you named above? Maybe they charge double or more to cover the cost of notifications.
How many total units over how much time by how many people over how many forums?

several of the others WERE at cost too. and I dont give a rats ... what who charged what for what or who made a profit or how many units or none of that crap. in fact they should make some money for their effort - hell i would have paid it and not missed a beat... that's not relative to communication.

ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY.
in fact - here have a buck and then put mine aside and assemble it the next day and take 5min of that time to post 2 or 3 lines about the overall progress of the situation.
i'm not here to argue nor do i like being taken negatively when i was only ....
ah forget it this is stupid i'd rather go play with my kid anyway
