As many of you know already, we offer both genuine joyetech and cheaper "Store Brand" options for many of our products. There seems to be some confusion surrounding this so I wanted to start this thread to attempt to clear the confusion.
All genuine joyetech products will have Joyetech in the product name. If a product does not have Joyetech in the product name it should be assumed that it is not a genuine Joyetech product. On occassion we may substitute genuine Joyetech products for our "Store Brand" as a free upgrade for our customers if we run low on inventory of that particular item, but we will never substitue our "Store Brand" or any other brand for a genuine Joyetech product. It should also not be assumed that if you receive one of these free upgrades that the next time you order the same product you will again receive a genuine Joyetech item as we may have replenished our inventory.
The idea behind this structure is similar to what you see in a grocery store. Many items are national brands with their own brand image that drives customer loyalty, but oftentimes there is also a "Store Brand" option at a cheaper price. This simply allows customers another option when making a purchase. We want our customers to have this cheaper option as well.
