Hey guys! Getting my Lemo 2 today. This will be my first RTA that I have owned. I have been around RDA's for a little while now. I am looking for a build that has a good amount of vapor, but has good flavor. I always build touching coils, and am not sure if that is the best kind of coil to make on these or gapped coils. I have never made gapped coils so I will have to do some reading on that if I need to go that route. I have 28 gauge kenthal at home and 24 gauge kenthal. I also have organic cotton and Japanese cotton. Which is better to use on an RTA? I am gonna have to watch some videos to watch how to wick the rta's I am sure.

I don't have any experience using 24g. For several months I enjoyed a 7 wrap of 28g on a 3/32" or 2.5mm bit on my original Lemo. Very good flavor but not a giant cloud build.

Either is fine for wicking. Snug enough to have some resistance through the coil tugging it, but not tight. Cut your tails so they touch the deck, but put them behind the wick slots so they don't block your juice flow.

My lemo was also my first RTA. I also just received my Lemo2. You can play around with different builds, it's more fun than just taking someone elses build and copying that. They also come pre-built, so you have plenty of time for research before you have to install your first new coil and wick. I may suggest you will have to rewick it right away as mine had a TON of machine oil taste to it. Two cleanings and 3 fills later and that oil taste is finally gone. The only issues I've had with the Lemo 2 were all my own fault. Filling without closing the air flow control = leak and gurgle, forgetting to close the fill hole before first hit = major flood. Live and learn. You're gonna love this freaking tank.
