OK, so I'm just a noob to DIY and I don't really know anything, but it seems to me like a lot of people are missing the boat by not using smaller syringes (i.e., 1 mL or 0.5 mL) to measure out their flavors.

I get 3cc/ml "BD Safety-lok" a type of BD luer-lok (numbers won't rub off and they last forever)from my local pharmacy for about $.30 and 14 guage luer-lok hub 1-1/,2" needles I buy from Dispensing Needles, Blunt, Stainless Steel, Tapered & Applicator TIps, Industrial, Luer Lock $.20-.40 each depending on how many you buy.

Since VG/PG are notorious for removing the numbers/markings off the syringes I only use the BD Safety-Lok syringes now. No fuss no muss. I still have the same 10 syringes I started with almost a year ago.

I still get syringes at the local farm supply store and just paint over the markings with clear fingernail polish. Joose ain't erased the numbers yet
