Okay, so I love, love, love vaping and I have no desire to go back to smoking but I am getting a little overwhelmed with the amount of effort that I have to put into my vaping habit/hobby. I bought the Tornado and some 510 cartos and thought I found Vape heaven, long battery life on my Tornado and the ease of long lasting 510 cartos! And for all intensive purposes I was right. Then my dam Tornado batteries bit the dust within 2 months! And since I got the TW Tornado and not the Ego from Janty, I’m S.O.L. I would have gone with Janty but they can’t seem to ever keep anything in stock! I know their a good company and am not trying to bad mouth anyone, but that “Out of Stock” just gets to me. Also, I would love for a decent and honest person to open a dam store that I can go to get my supplies! I absolutely hate ordering things on line! If I need atty’s of batteries, juice, carts or anything; I need it now, not in a week! And all the shipping costs are just wasted money that could be going to fun stuff! But, I digress. I need some help finding a product that is low maintenance and reliable. I’m thinking about a mod of some sort, but I hate to drop a ton of money and have the same troubles. I am on the go a lot and can’t always carry batteries, juice, extra atty’s, chargers and carts every place I go. HELP! Any ideas on a good combination that can be a little more user friendly would be much appreciated. And sorry for ranting but this is the only place I can find people that understand my dilemma. thanks in advance for any insight!

And how much money did you save not smoking analogs? If you where cycling 2 batteries, that sounds like roughly 60-90 recharges. Batteries don't last forever and are part of the cost. Replace them. If you want a mod, go for it, the batteries are cheaper in the long run. I am a vary big fan of the ScrewDriver MKI and it comes in 510 if you choose. As far as having to order online, that is the nature of the beast. I imagine you could find some retailer in Dallas though if that is the route you wish to take, but standby to empty your wallet.

Wow. I would have just suggested the Ego, but....wow. As for mod's I'd suggest the Precise, but you have to carry those batteries around and the 10440's usually only last 1-1.5 hours. If you're looking for a good HONEST vendor, you could always go to Jack at Happy Vaper. He IS in Canada, but he ships super fast and he's as honest as the day is long..or, try cignot.com..I don't know whether or not they have the Ego in stock..

Unfortunately, ordering online is the nature of the beast when it comes to ecigs. Try living in Canada, they're not available ANYWHERE but online!

I'd suggest ordering a Ego and if you know what juices you like, order a LOT of them at one time. That way, you don't have to place orders as frequently. Other than that, like I said, it's just something we have to live with.

The money I saved on smokes is valid, I have no complaints about the cost. I hear you on the empy wallet at retailers, I was more just wishing for that one :)

The best advice I ever gave anyone on these forums is...

... stock up. Never ever EVER let yourself get to the point where you need something "right now!!!" Keep a good stock of atomizers/cartos, juice, batteries, and anything else. Order long before you need to. Order consistantly once or twice a month, whether you think you need to or not.

A month ago, I looked at all of the ecig supplies I had, saw that I have probably about two years worth, and decided I could take a couple months off from buying supplies. Once those couple months are gone, I will order more.

Thanks for the reply! I checked out the Precise, that’s a good looking device! The price isn’t bad either! I think something like that coupled with cartos will work well. In JollyRogers reply he pointed out that replacement batteries for mods is less costly then replacing standard e-cig batteries, I hadn't even considered that bit of info. Have you ever used the Precise with a carto?

It IS super shexy!! I got the one with the brass end caps too!

And yes, the batteries certainly aren't overly-priced. Just make sure you order a fair whack of them with the charger. (They won't go into any other chargers but their own..)

And no, I haven't used the carto's with it. Yet...

But, all in all, the Precise is my favorite mod! Coupled with the Ego, I SHOULDN'T need another PV for YEARS but, well, I'm me...
