getting a lot of juice in your mouth?

I am using a 510 and eGO. Everything had been going pretty good until today. I noticed that all of my carts that I have been using are now starting to allow gobs of juice through and that is just nasty!

Here is what I found. I use the round tips and I pulled the top off the mouthpiece (Some came off with a finger nail or you might have to bite gently around the edge to pull it off) . Inside there is a soft rubber stopper with a single hole in the center to allow vapor to come through. This stopper in all of my cartridges had turned sideways and was allowing juice to flow back up through the mouthpiece. Pulled the stopper out, cleaned it off and pushed it back down into the cart with tweezers. This corrected the juice problem.

I figured I would post this here for new folks like myself as a step to check.

I must have the fake round tips cause mine don't have the rub type thing under the mouth piece...and mine are leaking the juice through them to...hummmm I will have to figure some thing out for them.

Interesting, my 510 is built the same way. Out side cap, then a inter cap. But I don't think it would solve the problem with juice. But it explanes why I get a lot of juice/mosture out of the mouth piece when I try to blow them out, It's hiding between the layers. The best way I've found to control the problem is to vap with the battery raised keeping most of juice in the filler.

The best way I've found to control the problem is to vap with the battery raised keeping most of juice in the filler.

It doesn't solve the problem completely. It just helps a ton if the inner cap has slide open then a lot of juice comes through. I have found that if you are careful and don't over fill your carts then you rarely get juice coming through. But I always screw up and put to much in lol.
