I just started vaping 7 weeks ago. Checked out a few Vendors, read their terms and conditions and placed orders with several I felt were trustworthy. Out of seven vendors, and nine orders ( double orders with two of the vendors ) five of the vendors performed flawlessly. These five vendors got my order exactly correct, packed well, especially the juices, and they shipped the same or next day. Two of the vendors took my money and that was the last I saw of it. One vendor was in China and Paypal got all my money back.
It is the 7th vendor here in the U.S. I'm writing this about. they have been stalling me. Their terms quote that they charge your credit card when they ship, but they charged mine immediately, that was back on November 1st. Now they're giving one excuse after another, also promising to ship that day then not following through.
I was in the business before I retired and I've seen this sort of thing over and over with start-ups and cottage suppliers. They get in trouble, can't pay their suppliers and start kiting inventory and using drop ships. An honest vendor will stop taking orders until they catch up with back orders. These sketchy folks will confirm credit card charges and accept checks and money orders, then use the money to pay business expenses and suppliers to keep their credit line open. All the time stalling their paying customers until they get new stock. Then the cycle starts all over again until they get way over their heads and disappear, never to be heard from again.
So if your vendor is playing games with you, you might think about getting a charge back on your credit or debit card. I'll be posting a negative review of this vendor when the seven day rule expires. Thanks for listening.
