I've noticed that some vendors anticipate what your saying and answer questions you didn't ask, while ignoring your actual inquiry.

Case in point : I have been trying to order some juice from a very popular juice vendor. The problem is with the vendors' payment processor. When trying to enter my credit card expiration date the software keeps changing the date I input after I press the order button.

Twice I tried to explain to the vendor this problem. Twice the vendor keeps telling me they have no control over the payment process.

I know this. What I was trying to get across was that they need to contact their processor and tell them about the glitch.

Business is so good they can ignore my inquiry and the possible lost business. I gave up trying to order. I can only imagine how many others have bumped into the same glitch.

Unfortunately this is not the only vendor that conducts their CS like this.

Has it happened to you?

Yeah, I have had a few instances of this. One in particular was frustrating. I sent a very detailed email, which took me a while to write up, including my order number and detailed all my issues. I got a canned response two days later asking for my order number lol. My reply basically mirrored my initial email, and I got another canned response two days later indicating that they had a problem with my order and to contact them by email...thanks! At that point I just picked up the phone and called until I got someone to answer. After that they took great care of me and doubled my juice order and sent it priority.

Does the vendor you have an issue with have a number? If so, call. It may be worthwhile.
