Should only be 5-8 days shipping via USPS ground from fasttech to you. (not far form you and, that's what I get for kits.) Now they are China made clones, not the original but, I have had no problems with the kits I have given as gifts. The Clearomizers are cheap, but those are meant to be replaced or rebuilt fairly soon anyway.

I would go with a 2 battery kit though, you need a second battery.

Thank you for the quick reply. I was planning to buy a Ego VV with an iClear tank. Could you explain more on second batteries?

I'm also new here, but I just received my first FastTech order about three hours ago.

Placed an order for a Vamo v2, a Kanger ProTank, and some EVOD coils (all were in stock) on WED 24 JUL. Thus, it took 10 days until I got them ... and I'm in Tucson, AZ.

Everything went well. I got exactly what I wanted and it was in great condition. I'm glad I knew to adjust my expectations, though... waiting 10 days was harder than I thought it would be!

Simple really... one to use, one for the charger and/or as back-up. Some have 3-4... 26. ;-)
Buying batts, mods, clearos, carto tanks and general "stuff" becomes a bit of a "habit" all on it's own.

Nice! I was planning to buy a starter kit off a site for 65 dollars. But I went on the forum and saw a thread on fasttech.
Did research and found out authentic ego vs knocks are almost the same.

2 batteries...Why?...in case I goes dead or fails U...same with a clearomizer...ya need to always have 2, just in case 1 leaks or breaks.....last thing U want to do is run and buy a pack of smokes at 7pm cause your battery or clearo broke, and the local brick mortar vape shop is closed......

I suggest this starter kit ..has 2 of everything including chargers...and good quality 1100a long lasting batteries and rebuildable clearos that U can recoil and resuse every month for peanuts...its only $44 for everything and its a CT company, not Hong Kong..... DV eGo-T Starter Kit - 1100mah

Been on the forum lurking for a couple weeks now. I was wondering if fasttech.com is a good place to get a starting kit from?

To be honest.......No.

you are a new vaper, you are better off with establishing yourself with a vendor or small group of vendors. You might need questions answered, or get a wonky item, etc.

ALL new vapers should start building a loyalty with a few local vendors. They remember you, they will treat your right.

My favs so far have been altsmoke, cignot, vapor kings (they might be closest to you and ship same day), discount vapor, vapors choice and myvaporstore.

Later on when you figure out what you're doing, KNOW what you want, and what you're doing, then go to fasttech to order stuff you already know about.

I myself prefer Joyetech brand egos, but if you hae a good vendor they will make sure everything you get works right.

Fasttech, you're going to wait 2-3 weeks to get item, and if ANYTHING goes wrong, you are lookig at shipping back to china and waiting many more weeks. IMHO you would be saving a few dollars and it's not worth it if you are new

I just received something DOA.....vendor who I deal with loyally had the new thing shipped to me the day I asked.....and I get an RMA postage paid to return the DOA item. Easy for me. Easy peasy. They are near me, so most I will wait is 2 days.

Best reasons ever to stay away from FastTech... until you're a more experienced vapist. A lot of these US vendors are mom n' pop, 1-3 man operations. You buy stuff, you review stuff, they know you and you know them... got a problem, they take care of you like you was a long lost child - "policy" or no policy.

Yea, it takes no more than 10 days to get my stuff to ny, i recently got a doa item and they shipped another for free in my next order letting me keep the defective one. Top notch customer service.

gotta say the site navigation and translation kinda sucks but you get what is in the pictures. also try to place your order with similar shipping status items (if you order some items that ship next day along with one item that ships in 3 days well it will delay your whole order).

very happy with fasttech overall. :)

I started with this kit and loved it...Ego electronic cigarette This company does ship quickly and always offers a coupon code. Right now it is 10% off if you type hot in the box before checkout. I wasn't a fan of their juice but the kit has met all my expectations. I have since moved on to a vamo v3 but this kit still is in my rotation often.

My two cents as a new Vaper...Go with the iTaste 3.0, because it is a niffty piece of kit with a little more than you need to start but enough to grow a bit..ivape.net is a Nice Company to deal with and they can help answer any questions you have...iVape There juice is Decent and you collect points...
