I recently just bought a MVP 2.0, overall I like it. I do however wish I could get a warm vape off it. Right now I'm just using the original iclear 30 that came with the MVP package. I'm running it at about 9.5-10 watts, ohms read 2.1. I'm just not getting that warm vape I like.

At this point I'm a little confused. Do I need a device with more power or will a different topper help?

Thanks.

Yeah, you're going to need a higher power device and a rebuildable atomizer. The cloupor hana clone will take you to 30w for around $60. You may, however, consider the ipv2s which will really warm things up for $120. As for an atty, maybe something like a veritas. Substantial investment in gear and education will get you there if you're up for it.

As for me, I like my fruits on the cool side, tobaccos and desserts on the warmer side.

Yeah the iClear isnt going to give you "warm" and the MVP will barely give you "warm" even with the right tank.

OFC "warm" is subjective... how warm do you want?

Thanks guys.

Hmm, how do I explain. Kind of like the same warmth you get when you smoke a regular cigarette 1/2 way down.

You need more than an MVP can do then. You really need to get closer to 1ohm coils to start getting that sort of warmth, IMO.

The version 2 aerotank coils come in a 0.8, yes the MVP can in theory go down that low, but trust me it doesnt perform well there.

Are you intersted in rebuildables? and a 30 to 50w device? Because that is how I see you getting the warmth you are talking about.

Ah OK, appreciate it. I think I'm going to try changing the tip first, like suggested. If I'm still not satisfied, I'll look into getting a strong device. Thanks.

I'd fool around with some coils first, but you really won't get a warm vape from the MVP2. It works great and I'm use to a cool vape as the taste is what's important to me.
