So I ordered some nic base from one website and my flavour and mixing supplies from another. The flavour and measuring and mixing supplies are here today. I'm not sure when the nic base is shipping but hopefully it's soon.

When it comes to steeping is there any advantage at all to mixing up the PG/VG and flavour ahead of time , then adding the nic base when it gets here ? Or should I just do it all at the same time next week ? Thanks.

It depends on my mood, honestly. It also depends on the amount of nicotine you are adding.

Even up to 10 mg, which 10% of a mix using 100mg nicotine liquid, I've found that there's not much different.

When I'm experimenting, which is the stage I'm currently in, I've become accustomed to adding it at the end. If I have a mix I know is going to be right then I'll mix it all at once. As of right now, that's about one flavor.

My vote is have a little fun and try it now.

I'd like to elaborate on my previous post:

I have only been DIY'ing for a month, so take that into consideration.

Maybe it's just me (or my A.D.H.D.), but it would tear me apart staring at flavorings and all the tools to mix it while I wait for the nicotine to come in. I am just now learning the art of patience in regards to steeping and judging flavors.

And I HAVE noticed a flavor change, so I'm not disagreeing with what dannyV said per se. I agree with what he said, I just couldn't stand the wait personally.
