getting deep almost obsessive

I'm a cnc machinist and I love vaping so after learning I can combine two of my interests (vaping & machining) I have been doing excessive research on how or even what kind of mods I should make. Keep in mind I am still fairly new to vaping. I need opinions on what kind of mechanical mods I should try and make. I got loads of ideas for cosmetic ideas. I am almost leaning towards making a whole set up from my ideas. Where can I find the electrical parts of it like lcd lettering and what not? I'd like to try and make a soaker mod somehow. If somone could point me in the right direction as to how I should tackle these ideas of mine that would be awesome! Any and all advice/opinions are welcome.

well as for parts you can find em all over the web. the ideas draw them out and get them to a point where you think you like the wa its looking and going to work. i only have done a few small box mods and am working on a Jacoba and Oak wood box mod now(i work in a lumber yard could stand to see the nice jacoba and oak flooring samples thrown in the dumpster!) so i can give you much help with the lcd screens and what not but i know someone here will!

Well I'm saying this because it's in my own intrest, but........there all these bottom firing mechanical mods, and really nice looking ones, but only a few mods with the pinkie switch[ which I prefer.. there's gg,69 ss, ea, and that's about it and their clones, but I think a ss and brass telescope,or ss and brass mod like the ggbt, are really cool looking.and I wish there were more of them.

The advice I'd give you is right there in red.

Not to sound cynical (because I'm really not) but a mech is just a tube that holds a battery, a switch, and a 510/EGO connection. Everything else is just window dressing - or artistic expression. You can't make a new mousetrap, but you CAN make it yours, and share it with the community.
