ok since my previous thread on the probs of my sb not firing it is getting alottttttt more frequent. i have no other pv and this is my only so im depserate right now for a solution. itll fire one time then i go to pull on it again and it wont fire at all. i unscrew the top cap a quarter turn and screw it back on and it magically works for a few more pulls then does it again. i know theres a waranty but if i send it in ill be without a pv so id like to fix it myself if at all possible. i thought maybe it was the contact where the carto screws into it might of been pushed down. i followed advice and tapped it on a hard surface to bring it back up and it seemed like it worked the first time but its hard to tell as my problem is intermittent. i need helppppppppppppppppppp. oh and its not the battery as it does it on all my 18650s

I think I just answered your ticket, did not realize you had already posted about this before. It does indeed sound like the center pin insulator is a bit crushed. You can try prying it up a bit with a flat blade screwdriver(very easily). What color SB do you have? I may just have to send you another top out so you are not without, you only have to promise me your first child :p

Ok i pried it up a little and its working better and less no fires. Is there a rubber oring under the battery post connector It looks like the post was shoved down and theres a oring comming out the sides of it. I dunno how it got pushed down since i never tighten my cartos all the way down

You comming to philly this weekend? I plan to drop it in the post tomorrow on my way :)
