I love my Evods. If you haven't tried them you should. No, they don't hold a ton of liquid, but they don't leak either. They're also much easier to refill than anything I've ever owned. You don't need a needle bottle, just drip down the side. I have an AnyVape Davide, which I like a lot, but it is a hassle refilling.

Get a Kanger Evod, you can't go wrong!

wow...didnt expect such a great response to my frustration! Now its gonna take me awhile to absorb all these suggestions but thanks a lot folks!

As to Evods I have tried them. As with others they're great when they work....but I've found that ( and I have 6 or 7 workable EGO batteries, standard, non adjustable ) the Evods dont work on some of my batteries. I think its a matter of the center post in some not contacting.

See the Mrs and I are heavy vapers...my daughter a little less. Wife and I use only one juice, our own blend from Mt Baker...daughter another ONE juice.

I'm getting a bit lazier as the yrs go by  Give me as little hassles as possible in my vaping life thanks.

Also I dont know if they were poorly made but the cheap EGO's I bought from fasttech the tops are coming apart , losing the buttons because the protank " is so heavy "???? Can you buy buttons?

Again, I apologize, since this is not what you asked about and I don't want to come across like a "fan girl," but if you're only vaping one flavor and don't feel like fiddling around, bottom-feeders might be worth looking at. This video is just to give you an idea of how they operate, not to recommend a specific model.

I don't think he is looking for an RBA.

Ocelot....not necessarily....not totally out of the question. However i'm not looking to spend wads of money on vaping either. Frankly its more expensive money wise vaping for me since we bought our smokes from an Indian Res for $2 pack. Its a health decision going to vaping for us.

i'm open to all ideas...but dont think the Mrs would care to carry around some of these " bazooka " looking vaping machines

If you want a smaller sized battery mod, something comparable to the eGo in size, try a Rider Robust. You can buy a bunch of batteries and a charger and recharge them over and over again, and those will last a lot longer than your eGo style batteries.

The Robust

Or you could try the iTaste VV that is comparable in size as well, and it will have a much longer life than your eGo style batteries:

iTaste VV V3.0 - Best Electronic Cigarette | E Cigarette Manufacturer| Innokin

$39.54 iTaste VW V3.0 7-in-1 Variable Voltage Rechargeable 800mAh Electronic Cigarettes Set - vv-3.0 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Been awhile since I stopped by but am getting frustrated and just plain tired of this part time job of caring for clearomizers. Began vaping in Feb...STILL looking for THE ONE clearomizer to knock my socks off and say THIS IS IT! Protanks are great when they work....I'm doing cleaning everyday, changing coils twice a week. Oh....theres 3 of us vaping ...KangerT3..ok....IClear30's better than T3....forget cartomizers...hate them. Tried the Octopus....not for me. Anyone have a suggestion for a low maintenance, fairly cheap Clearo I can be happy with? I'd buy more protanks but at $15 a shot forget it, already going broke buying batteries ( EGO ) that seem to have their heads come off. Getting too old for more aggravation in life....and I LOVE vaping. :D

I have a question... how tight are you cranking on the clearomizer? You should just turn the clearomizer down until you feel it make contact with the center pin. eGo batteries, good ones like the Vision spinner should last many months.

I use a T2, its a top coil, I like it better than the T3(s). You can get it at Vaping Me (Electronic Cigarettes, Vaping Supplies, and Tasty Juice - Vaping Me) for under $5.00, and replacement coils for $.99 (cents) each. Get the long wicks. I get an average of 3 plus weeks off each coil and I only clean the thing once a week.

Hey BostonJim....Bills and Yankee fan here :p:laugh:....I dont crank down hard...with the Evod I've seen if I " play " with the EGO top post sometimes it'll work. Its all these kind of frustrations trying to get away from. Never tried the T2. The vivi nova is good but again...not for long in our cases. I'll check out yours and all these suggestions...Ocelot's got me really looking into those " bottom feeders " after seeing the video.

Ocelot...I'm interested in these bottom feeders after watching the video....now you push the rubber on the side to pump juice up? How many " pushes "? Where's the best place to buy these?

You press directly on the bottle. It takes a practice to get the pressure of the squeeze right (the slang term is squonk :)), which gets a little juice up into the atty or carto on top, but it didn't take me very long to learn. How long a squonk lasts depends on what you're using and your vaping style. I use an atty and take long drags, so I get maybe 5 or 6 drag out of a squonk - then I just squonk it again. I have a Reo, but a lot of people like the Vmod. There are others, but I hear more about those two. You can ask questions at the links below and they will be thrilled to talk about their mods ;)

I've only used genuine Joyetech Egos, never had one die yet, and never had the head come off.

As a matter of fact I've never had ANY problem with them. :)

As for other vaping devices, bottom feeders for me. Started off with vmods, now have REOs. Highly suggest!
