Hello!

After the Kanger t2 disaster I told myself not to buy a bottom coil clearomizer again, but ofcourse I had to buy the Protank 2 and ofcourse it is .....

The included atomizer heads give me burnt taste every other vape, like the wicks not feeding the coil correctly. Okey, I remove one of the flavorwicks and after that it just getting flooded.

Please help me to build a coil for this that works, I have looked at many recoils on youtube but its just not working for me.

Thanks!

I have only had mine a short time and have not had any major issues with it yet. The only change I have made thus far is changing the flavor wicks to cotton, in my opinion cotton wicks better. I would have changed all of them but I was lazy and was excited to use it. If you do this too, use 100% cotton and you cannot dry burn the coils. I see you're in sweden, If you have access to walmart, a lot of people like the peaches and cream brand yarn, the yarn is braided/twisted. One or two strands should work for flavor wicks (not sure how many of strands for actual coiled wick). Otherwise I picked up 100% organic cotton balls from a local pharmacy, boiled it in water, and rolled my own. There are tons of youtube videos on how to rewick the protank/evod style heads this way.

I hope you find something that works for you because this tank so far has been great for me.

Simpler to just put the flavor wick back in. Often all it takes is resetting the wicks to go from BAD to working properly.

Also note, when removing a Flavor wick - Never push the Silicone Cap tightly back into place. This Can cause Flooding.
The Cap is to Seal the upper to lower pipe and make the Tank Air Tight. Only place the Cap over the thicker diameter and allow the upper pipe to press it into place.

Helpful hint with request for assistance:

1) Description of problem
1) Delivery Device Type/Make
3) Power Type Ego, VV, Provari, etc.
4) E-liquid Blend - 70/30, 50/50, 100%vg, etc

Details give understanding.:)

On your lower resistance coils, back the power down. Running at 8-10 watts is vaporizing liquid faster than the wicks can keep up, resulting in the burnt taste. For the PT2, my experience is that somewhere between 7-8 watts produces good vapor volume and flavor, but lets the wicking system do its job.

Removing the flavor wicks is rarely a good idea. Those things are there for a reason.
