I take the still good cartos and put the condoms back on them and put them in a little plastic bag to keep them from drying out. I try and wait until the tank is pretty much empty to avoid wasting juice, but you can if you're careful get the juice out and put it in a bottle for later use.

Ok so nothing will leak out of the punched holes? The reason why I'm trying carto tanks is because Clearomizer tanks always leak and, flood, gurgle. Even with the new iclear30b:facepalm:

This is why I love my cartos. Less leakage and constant vape. IMO

I put the condom back on. I also saved a bunch of condoms from when I went through my Blu phase and toss those on the threads. I don't do it as much now cause I have collected about 8 tanks.

I just switched to cartos 2 days ago and I agree. I haven't had any dry hits or leaks. I did flood the carto, but that was entire my fault, overfilled the tank. I'm loving these things.

A flood is an easy fix but not a life ender. I was trying to give my Kangor PT2 another chance then boom, dry hit, ble!

I had constant dry hits with my PT2 and my Aero burns just about anything I put in it. I swear Kanger hates me!

Easier but less economical solution is 2 cartotanks. But once you get two they tend to multiply ;)

This made me lol. I bought two cartotanks when I switched and I've been browsing different ones throughout the day.

Really? I was gonna order the aerotank because the base looks alot better than the protank 2. I gave up on the protanks along time ago lol but for some reason kanger knows how to make their evods though. Any thoughts on the pheonix tanks?

The better and most convenient solution is to dedicate a tank to each flavor. You can get a decent tank tube and steel caps here for just $8.50 . MyVaporStore DCT tank

Get an entire tank kit (tube, caps, mouthpiece, and 5 cartos) for just $21 here: Polypropylene DCT Tank Kit

Hmm that's a good idea lol. Now does DC mean anything because I seen that on other tank names before.

DCT stands for dual coil tank. Smoktech is a manufacturer who made one of the very first cartotanks; because their tanks came with their new dual coil cartos, they were called dual-coil tanks, or DCT. As other manufacturers made their version of cartotanks, the name stuck. Sort of the same situation exists with Bandaids (adhesive bandages), Kleenex (tissue paper), Q-Tips (cotton tip applicators).

If you don't already know, either single or dual coil cartomizers can be used in DCT's. Choice between dual coil or single coil is personal preference; the majority of people use single coils.

Ohh ok gotcha. Thanks man. I will try the single coil first to see how that vapes.

I found better success using the adjustable airflow base from my Aero on my PT2. But you may have better success than i did with the Aero. This was just my experience. Many others like the Aero. As far as Phoenix though, I don't know anything about them. Something to look into.
