Getting into DIY I'm a newbie again haha!! A couple questions.

I watched some youtube videos and it seems simple enough. Buy some VG from walmart and some nicotine juice from a website and some flavorings and wallah cheaper e juice. Here is my question. The nicotine, people mention like a 24mg bottle for example. Is the nic mixed with pg, is that where the PG comes in? In my mind... I thought there would be 4 bottles. The VG, the PG, the nic, and the flavorings. From the videos I watched I just see three. The VG, the Nic juice, and the flavoring. So I'm assuming the nic is mixed with PG that is where you get your PG. Also what is the cheapest and best quality to get the nic juice and flavorings from?

Those are some great prices B2L but I'm concerned on WHY they are so low. I have to wonder if it's really old nicotine juice.

John posted that RTS is no longer allowing reselling of their nic but has allowed him to sell off the rest of his stock, this is excellent nic, colorless, odorless and great vapor production (I use vg base), you wont be dissapointed! You also wont find faster turn around times or better customer service anywhere, ordered some more last night and within an hour had an email that the order was ready for shipping.
