Interested in DIY, quick question.

Hello,

I was interested in DIY but had a question.
I have "UnFlavored Nicotine Smoke juice e-liquid (Size: 250ml, Strength: 24mg, PG/VG Mix: 25% PG / 75% VG)" and want to make a very simple flavored juice.
Can I in a 30 ML bottle fill it with nic juice and add couple of drops of concentrated flavoring? or am I wrong? Stickies in this forum is a bit overwhelming

Also what can I add to lower the nic level a tad bit?

From what I'm reading yes. If you are ok with 24mg you can just add flavor to it. You can also
cut the Nic down with more PG or VG.. If you want 12mg you can do let's say a 30ml bottle
put 15ml of Nic and fill the rest with VG, PG or both.

adding anything will dilute the nic you have however slight or great depending on how much extra is mixed with it
mixing a 30 ml bottle with that and 10 percent flavor will take it down to 21.6
adding plain vg and or pg will dilute it further
