Hi.

Where are these attys at now on performance? How long have they been in use? And what type/brand?

At the 4 month+ mark I have reached the point where my Joye attys just can't be cleaned effectively any longer. Still have a nice hot coil but they just won't wick liquid. Eventually the atty wicking just becomes so crusted that it's run it's life span - even with cleaning and dry burns. No complaint on what I got out of those suckers though.

I've tried the cola method, hot water etc, but I just cant seem to get them clean.

Can some of you share your "best practices" for cleaning your attys?

My method now at days is fairly simple. It's either an isopropyl alcohol bath or using distilled water and denture tablets. Let them sit there for a few hrs. Then rinse them out, blow them dry, and do a few dry burns. Then rinse them out again. It's the only way I clean my atomizers and have had great results with these methods.
