Getting my sister and fiance (smokers) a decent PV for Christmas: advice please

For Christmas I’m thinking of getting my sister and her fiancé a PV:

At the moment both of them smoke analogues, and I’d like to get them something decent, not a cig-a-like but not to advanced and complicated either, something really good but also simple, and possibly something giving an option between cartomizers or a tank system although that isn’t a must.

What they need to get them on the road to fingers crossed decide to switch to vaping is a device that convinces them vaping is a viable alternative. Of course it’s there decision at the end of the day to smoke or vape but I’d still like to give this idea a chance.

And I’ll add I am in the UK: and don’t want to get anything from America or anything because of shipping costs.

Go with something easy. Either the MVP 2 or SVD would be great for beginners and they can grow with the mod. Plus, the prices are great and both mods are excellent! Actually, I'd go with two MVP 2s because they're amazing and no extra batteries or chargers are needed.

I'd suggest an ego or evod starter kit (if it were me, cause I'm such a big believer in backups, I'd get each of them a kit w/ 2 batteries and 2 clearos) and a sampler pack of juices. If you're at all unsure whether or not they'll take to it, maybe even a basic 510 starter kit.

Not saying you have to buy here, can be picked up for less, but I know that this is easy to use and is what did the trick for me. If they like it and if they want to get more advanced they can.

I'll cast my vote for the MVP as well.... this way as their vaping knowledge increases they can better utilize all of the features of the MVP.... plus at around $40.00 you just can't beat it..... and it comes with everything you need to get started.

I always recommend an EVOD starter kit. The regulated 3.7 volts means consistent vapes, the EVOD clearo is well regarded, and you should be able to find a kit with two batteries, two clearos, charging stuff and a case for <$50 US.

do they want a kit???? If so, ask them about what size they're willing to go,,,,,,,otherwise, I'd probably start with an Ego kit,,,,,,maybe a couple different juices, etc, to see what they like.

Don't get them something they're going to outgrow or find uncool in the first week of vaping. You want them to stick with vaping so go for something most would consider great. An MVP, tank, and some juice would be <$75. Not a bad investment by you to help two smokers become EX smokers!

An MVP may be too bulky for a newbie to feel comfortable carrying around.

I don't even care about the bulk, and my MVP is a coffee-table-mod that I don't carry around. For me, I prefer eGo style batteries and EVODs for out-and-about.

Don't go cheap
I would suggest Innokin VV V3 because this PV is small enough not to be a deterrent for new Vaper and works amazing.
It can be used as a passthrough and charges with any micro usb charger you currently use for your smartphone.

For atomizer I would buy the new Aspire CE5 BDC and for juice Halo which is on sale right now.

cig-a-like - Volt/Redds/Bloog/Halo (I know you said you don't want these, but I feel that some people just like the size and comfort of something familiar at the start)
Ego style - anything twist (a good jump start to something VV)
MOD - itaste VV3.0 or MVP 1.0/2.0

Yep I thats exactly what I started with, also ask them what their favorite flavors are.
