I sent a trouble ticket.

I usually get better customer service than this. If I have ever had a question they were quick to reply. But noticing my order hasnt been processed in 6 days, has me a little worried. It was only a few atty's and liquid. So will I get a response here? Because I am extremely low on liquid now and my atty's are on a short fuse... I might last 1 more week till I kill someone or go back to cigarettes after 1.5 years.

I'm sure they will reply to you tomorrow. They operate Mon-Fri and most likely will not even see your ticket until tomorrow morning... They've always provided great customer service.

Love the juice, great stuff, so good.

One problem, the 5 HR 901 attys you sent me dont work. Is it something I am doing wrong? I use the v3 and tried them on my v2 just incase with a v2 adapter and v3 adapter... nothing... help? I dont have many atty's left, think my older atty's are standards.
