[Resolved]upset with vapedudes!

First off ive always been happy with vape dudes,they have always gotten back with me in a few days,i placed a order a month ago,got the order in and noticed there was a stainless steal tip missing,and 5 boge xl punched lr cartos.....i replied got a email saying it would ship out asap and they were sorry, that was 3 weeks ago and nothing,ive emailed them again,nothing i really dont get what else i have to do,i hope they get back with me or ill not be ordeing anything again,i love there juices but this is pretty upsetting!

well as of today she emailed me,and has shipped the package,im glad it was a resolved.....im sure it was honestly the holiday rush but this has been fixed jenifer was nice and emailed me early this morning...thank you vape dudes!!!!!

Follow up.....i recived my cartos two days later.....they also sent me another box and 3 extra cartos and a holder for the ego and a extra stainless tip....very very nice of them....vape dudes that was very nice of you and regardless ill be back......im sure this was holiday rush issues and i app everything very much!
