wow! i did not know that about nic for e-cigs is not available in canada - cigarettes are but not e-juice? how strange, eh?
what to buy - manOman that is the big question. i struggled with it for days after watching tons of video reviews, reading reviews, and reading comments, etc. then i ordered a kit - a vapor4life because it had the shape of a cig and it came in pretty colors with pretty colored crystals on the end. yeh, we all have our reasons, eh?
but then i watched even more video reviews and read even more comments/reviews and last night, before my first kit has even arrived, i went and ordered the joye ego, because i realized that i really don't want my e-cig to have the shape of a cig. i'm a 'gadget' person, so i'm guessing that i will change my mind manyManyMANY times within the next six months.

i will tell ya though, the second order i placed, i had the order all set up on the net, and then i called the business before i went to checkout and had the guy (ty at liberty flights) look it over and tell me if i had everything i would want/need to get going. he was great! he looked it over and made a suggestion regarding the e-juices i had on the list and of course his suggestion made total sense, and he also said that he always recommends noobs order a couple extra atomizers in addition to what is in the kit, which i added. he also explained the difference between low resistance atomizers and standard - which was good information that i had not run across in my days and days of reading/watching/overloading on info.

from what i have read/watched, i does not appear that there is a 'one size fits all' when it comes to the vaping products. i do know there is one pinned thread i read thru on here that was very helpful though - the wonderful world of vaping - an illustrated guide -

in case that link did not show up -- here it is hard form: The ECF Library

Get 5 posts/replies in New Members, wait about an hour, and you'll be able to post in the Canada section of ECF (you can find it on the front page).

As I understand it, the most popular starting ecigs are available in Canada (like at Happy Vaper) - 510, KR808D-1 and the fat battery version of 510 Ego (gives 6-8+ hour battery life and the ability to use harder-hitting power-hungry low resistance aka LR parts).

Comparison of 510 and KR808D-1

And if you want to read guides I recommend the ones here at ECF because that one linked above looks slanted. In the sticky threads of New Members watch the newbie videos and follow the thread with Library in its title to a multi-part guide.

Hi hevvyeyes. Congratulations on your decision. ECF is the place to be. You'll get all help when you ask.

The order looks just fine :) You'll be getting some carts with the starter sets - but you may also want to add a couple of "drip-tips" (they are not much - do a search on the shop webpage to find the ordering page). Remember to clean the atomizers before use by blowing (hard) in the battery end until no fluid comes out - then put two drops of e-liquid directly into the atty - and vape without inhale until good vapor.
Also it is good to clean the units thoroughly (with a moist cloth - no soaking) before you commence, to vipe off manufacturing oil - especially where threads have been cut.

You can use the empty cart that comes with an atty in stead of a drip tip...

Good luck :)
