Getting started: Which e-cigarette? (help!)

I've been smoking for 7 years, and I want to switch from regular cigarettes to an e-cigarette. I'm looking a good one that will make the transition as smooth as possible. I want one that looks realistic (typical tannish-yelow and white) that lights up red. I like how some of them have marlboro flavored cartriges. I want something not super complicated. I am hoping to find a company that has fast shipping and is reliable. Please recommend a model, along with the best place to get it. The Joye 510 was recommended to me but I dont like the unnatural colors. Thankyou everyone for your help

i think you can find the 510 and somewhat natural colors. I have the Smoking Everywhere cig which works great and looks real......but its 4x more expensive than other brands which I hear are much better. I have black 510s in the mail.....two for $28. My two smoking everywhere cigs cost me $180 (got the starter pack online and then a backup at the mall. Hadnt done ANY research.)
