Ok what do/did you do in mornings to get the nic back up to level. Right now, I chain smoke in mornings for first hour or so(cancer sticks). My PV is shipped. I'm not worried about much except mornings. Is it any rule of thumb on how many drags to take and then take a break to let it hit? I got 24mg juice. Just wondering what ya'lls experience is.

Cynthia, welcome to the forums.

My mornings are also the worst for me. Its been about 11 days now, and sometimes I still struggle.

I used to get up, grab some coffee and then head to my bedroom and sit and watch about an hour of news while I sat there and chain smoked. When I got my PV, I tried to do the same routine. Get up, grab coffee, sit and watch the news but I still wanted an analog and my PV wasnt cuttin it. I changed my habit. Now, instead of watching the news, I come to these Forums. I entertain myself in the Cosmetic Mods section of these forums and look at what people have done to personalize thier own PV.

I know its silly and a little corny, but knowing that there are folks out there who are struggling just like me, helps me. I don't feel alone. It gives me a small bit of comfort and looking at all the neat designs people come up with takes my mind off the craving for that smelly, disgusting, cancer ridden analog.

The first few weeks were really rough, especially in the morning. I kept one carto full of 24mg for the morning and really strong, tear my hair out cravings. After about 2 weeks, I noticed that my heart would start beating faster with 24, so I vape 16-18 during the day and 10-12 at night. Having a reliable set up is helpful too. No matter what, it will all pass and you'll feel great!!!! Let us help support you doing this. Good luck!
