Trust me I get it. He wasn't issuing refunds (just wouldn't reply to people's requests for such) and kept dangling the release making even more people upset. Claiming he never promised a release date specific while other times stating he made a mistake by stating a release date and that he was sorry. Then trying to charm his way...'don't worry I got you' type stuff.

We all get a free bottle of juice and that's about the only thing he's done for customers. Which is nothing.

I will do a fair and professional review of the product but I'll be sure to address the issues publically.

I am awaiting my tracking number. Mine is in engraving phase so tick tick tick. Should be this week

Mine was not engraved, so did not have to wait. Performance wise it is definitely on point as promised. I put some alien coils with 6 wraps @ .07 Ohm, as you saw pictured and there was virtually no ramp time...My issues would be with the finish. It is and looks like plastic. The color is not near as rich and "beautiful" as the now obviously enhanced pictures on their website are. The back plate was slid into place from the bottom via fitted grooves and therefore also looks like it is removable. Hopefully, nobody breaks something trying to remove it as it has been glued in place and is not meant to be removed. Last, the top cap has a slight wiggle to it where space was left between fitted grooves.

In short, the fit and finish are where the device fails. The attached pic is of the bottom of the device and how it appears to disassemble. Also note, after taking a pic I held the bottom of the box up to my phone screen and made adjustments to exposure and brightness until i captured the same color as box actually looks in coloration. The other pic was taken from website as a comparison.

I've heard some really bad stories about quality but they are promising to fix or replace... I dunno. I just want mine lol. How much room between bottom of deck up to the cap? How tall is it in there cuz I build some sphere coils for it and they may be too big

I cropped the picture along the line of top of chamber. You should not build above the posts, as you can see. Not much if an upper chamber. But it does produce clouds and flavor. Which reminds me. Having some type of AFC would have been nice. At times it is too much airflow and that is something I don't say often.View attachment 567061
Ew....back to the drawing board. It took me hours to build the coils I wanted to put in it, as simple as they look....

Mother effers told me they were engraving over a week ago. I asked them today where my box is and the reply was that the templates were just approved and they are hoping to engrave asap.

And another stall....sigh.

Buncha amateurs.
Facebook farce wannabe business.

Good thing I didnt order one.
I live in Cali.
I would have shown up at their door and thumped someone in the thoat until they coughed up my mod or my cash.
Thats not an exaggeration.

After I got my mod, I would email all their advertising and sales info to the IRS, county licensing office, and California Board of Equalizations.
;)

Give them the gift that keeps on giving: audits.

Seriously, Id report them as an unlicensed business.

They deserve to be shut down.
They are playing "business" with other peoples money.
I have no idea of they are unlicensed. But you can imagine how many other ppl are angry. I don't have time for all that. I just want my damn box

I can almost guarantee they have no registered business lisc in California.

Btw, Cali is a voraciously greedy and strict state when it comes to operating a business.
They dont play around out here. They will shut them down and sieze their assets in a heartbeat.

Contact the California BOE ( Board of Equalizations).

I would also contact PayPal.
Asking customers to send money as a payment for "services" to avoid paypal protections and fees is a no no.
Paypal will try to get their cash and will suspend their account and sieze any available funds.

I hate thieves and scammers.

I used a credit card. I want my box before I go after anyone lol. Because then I won't have my box or my money. I'll certainly consider it.

@Bad Ninja I 100% agree with your point, and it is 100% up to you as to how you handle it, but I would just add on to make sure you have all the emails, and receipts handy. Having dealt with a similar situation being ripped off by an unregistered business, it made it 100% painless to have everything you have for communication and timeline neatly organized and thorough . Leaves no gaps, and makes the resolution occur much faster. Just my :2c:

The mod that was posted earlier in the thread looks like its a shoddy product, put together hastily and as cheaply as possible. Which is sad because the model in the photo, while not my style, is a very nicely assembled mod. I sincerely hope for your sake that he does make it right, and send you a well assembled mod ASAP.

To me it screams cash grab, as sad as that is, considering what we are up against with the FDA at this point. Its sad to see somebody who can produce great work, cash out and leave people hanging. Its in his best interest to make things right all around, because I know if you don't file a complaint against the business, somebody else more than likely will. And that will not bode well for him.
