Wow I have been waiting for this ! See I was always puting a bunch of adapters together to make it work with the air control.
Now a adapter to make my Penelope fit perfectly on my SS-GGTS , with full air control , most excellent Imeo--Thank You 100%

You dont need this adapter for Achilles kei. Achilles will go inside GGTS and it will sit on GGTS'S 4 in 1 connector like the regular 510 atomizers

Can someone explain to me why the use of china adapters might produce a short? Is it the problem of having a ggts adjustable center pin? or it might happen without the use of ggts? what touches what exactly?

Using china's adapters : you have to use multiple adapters to complete a connection when using something like a tank or rebuildable with a 510 or other connection (something that will not fit inside of the collector tank). Using them in combination with the control tank and air draw cap will add air control to said tanks. These adapters are not always made very well, when the center pin pushes on the inside of the adapter, the center of the adapters can move and touch the sides, causing a short. other times the insulator in the center of these adapters can just wear out easily and cause a short. If anyone using these type of adapters experiences a short, the adapter is the most likely problem.
