I know that recently I haven't been posting on the GG forum lately, and the reason for that is because, lately, I've been a little caught up with all the hype surrounding genesis style atomizers. Not that I don't absolutely LOVE my Ody (and all of my other GG gear), but these mesh-using atties have given me something new to tinker with and hopefully master, which is 1/2 of the reason I vape and collect gear as much as I do. In short, I get great results with my genesis mods, but they're not, and never will be, GGs. So I knew that if I wanted to fully enjoy my new toys, I had to comeup with some way of combining them with my PV foundation, my GG collection. Here are 2 examples of ways that I've combined the two:

Katana+GGTS

Parts:
Katana tank/atty
Katana tank cover (optional)
GGTS bottom tube assembly
GGTS telescope (use ss, you wouldn't want to risk stripping the threads on a brass tele)
GGTB battery extension
18650 AW IMR batt

1. Screw shorter threads of GGTS telescope onto where the button of the Katana usually threads on, and then tele onto GGTS bottom tub. Some of the bottom threads on the telescope may still be showing, but don't worry, they'll be covered up.

2. Fully screw the Katana+tele into the GGTS bottom tube so that the two tubes sit flush with each other. In my case, the engravings happened to line up perfectly.

3. Insert your battery into the tube, then, with it in its longest possible configuration, insert the GGTB battery extension. Next, try to screw the Katana atty/tank on, and based on how much room is left in the tank, begin to shorten the length of the battery extension until the tank fits snuggly onto the mod.
It should look something like this

4. Vape!

GGTS+Scubagen V3 (sorta)
I'm not going to go into much detail over this one, but my friend Urquidezj made some serious modifications to a scubagen v3 so I could use it on my GG in good conscience. Here's how it looks

That's all I've got for everyone! But lastly, I need to thank Urquidezj for doing such incredible work on the scubagen v3! And I also need to make it clear that I did not come up with the method for so permanently hybridizing the GGTS and Katana!! It was my buddy Armen, who is a fellow GG family member, katana user, and Los Angeles native. He's a great guy with a lotta knowlege to share, so I'm gna try to get him to come over to the GG subforum to share his insights!

And btw, I received Imeo's permission to make this thread beforehand!

I bore out the airholes on my genesis mods to 5/64", which makes for a VERY loose draw but CLOUDS of vapor. If your mesh is properly oxidized, your wick wrapped tightly enough, but not too tightly, and you take the time to break the setup in (usually a days worth of vaping depending on a few different variables), they make for an EXTREMELY taste vape with a lot of satisfying throat hit. But again, it's not an Ody.
