Z-Atty-G with GGTS?

Picked up a GGTS a short while ago through the classies, and I'm madly in love with it. To hold me over until the Ithaka arrives, I've managed to snag a Z-Atty-G to go with it.

My problem is that there's just no way to hook the sucker up that I can figure out. I've seen people mention it can be hooked to the telescope, but it doesn't really screw far down onto it -- it leaves threads exposed, I'd probably have to ditch the Kick, and I'm not particularly fond of the look that way.

I believe I've got a 510 cap with no rethreaders, at least as far as I understand things, GG noob that I am. I've ordered a couple of thread adapters from CoV (these: Thread Adapter for GG Telescopic Storm) which look like they might work, but I'm really just guessing.

Any of you GG vets got any tips for a clueless noob here?

PM Bruce in cov hell send you a upper tube. that will fix the issue and you can mount it using the tube under controller tank.

Now that I look at what a top tube looks like without that big ol' 510 connector on it, that does sound like exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks!

it should attach to a telescope without threads showing with a 18350 and a kick...

Might be the threads on the Z-Atty, but I just can't get it to screw down that far. And even if I could, I think having to use an 18350 would drive me insane.

I have 2 ZaG's and what i have found is my brass ZaG won't screw on the ss telescope tube only onto my brass alu GGTS

dunno why but the threads are just enough different.......

its the upper tubes guys. This happened at vaporcon with many other vapors that bought the zattyg. Bruce had new upper tubes so if you want to use a 18650 battery it will fix the issue.

Apparently, they're out of stock now, unfortunately. On the plus side, the Z-Atty-G works great as a paperweight.

I appreciate it, but really not a big deal... I've got other atty's I can make do with until the Ithakas start showing up. It just irked me a bit that this one was going to need additional parts just to be usable.
