Yea I'm loving the 18650 battery too, i use it as much as I want and well been at it for 10 hours without a vapor drop.

I was at first --
but then tru said if you stretch the spring just a little bit
you dont need the spacers
and he is right
It is superb now, and no spacers
and I get consistantly 11 1/2 to 12 hours with 18650 battery

hold it tight to the rod, grip thru the spring to the rod with your fingernails,
then just run your fingers up with a slight pressure
while holding with the fingernails tight to the rod,
it will stretch just a little,
you only need about 3 coils worth of extra length, not much
but it makes all the difference,
and you dont need the spacers then

if you mean 6v -- 2xcr2
it is very smooth with the 801 atty
but a bit tough on my throat,
if you mean 7.4v with 2xcr123a --

Crash hates the 801 lol, and I have been messing with him that he needs to try it at a higher voltage.
Two 3.7 bats on a 801 is too much lol. Just kills the flavor.
yes, it tastes burnt real fast, and I didnt like it at the higher volts,
much better for me at 3.7v with the 18650
