I want to make AFS for GGTS more robost so I thought that I can make it to work with 901 only (and for 510 if I manage to make the proper holes to 510 atomizer). It will not work with 801 as the generic one (if I will manage the 801 to work with AFS). It will have fatter and stronger threads and it will be more light than my first thought.

What do you say guys?

I am a 801 fan as you already know. :):):)

Personally I dont care what atomizer is used as long as it works!

Looking good is a factor though but seeing as the atomizer is inside the tank it doesn't matter.

Fatter threads mean more solid build but more likely to crossthread too.

Would it be possible to make 1 tank to fit a few styles of atomizers? I understand a different cap and different sized O-rings might be in order but it might be possible to get an atomizer universal AFS ... provided the holes are in the right place for liquid flow.

Just spit balling ... I really don't have any idea if any of that would be possible.

I have a couple of xhv 801's from IKENVAPE that have lasted me on the slim till Imeo's atties got here. They are all still operative and I popped an i7 already in one day. Maybe 801 atties are more robust?

IDK but as stated previously .. as long as it works I don't care.

Daz, this tank that you use now is for all atomizers , you just change the o-rings. And fatter threads means the opposite than what you think because you cant crossthread them:)

I get needing the new O-ring for the top 'mouthpiece' connection to accomodate a different size atomizer but I certainly cannot thread an 801 or 510 onto the control ring mount.

As for fatter threads, I see what you mean, nevermind.

My question is this, would it be possible to use a same tank and get different bottom control ring mounts and top O-rings for different atomizer preferences? IE Stormy's 801?

That piece would need to be threaded for a different atomizer style ... Or even using an all in one thread style pattern like what is already on the GGTS.

thats exactly how your AFS works Daz. I have already made different brass connectors, thats why this AFS can work with any atomizer. If you want the 801 you put exactly as you said the different brass connector, then you change o-rings and thats it.:)

the all in one connector cant be used on generic AFS friend. I was thinking of that but it requires a mod with moving center pole. Thats why I am trying to make it for GGTS that has this ability

and here I thought I had a good brainstorm going and your way ahead of me... good job!

I can't wait to see the GGTS AFS now.
