GGTS frustrated

When I came to know GG I was delighted. I signed up to be notified for the Ithaka and when I got it after just 2 or three weeks I was in heaven and just didnt understand what all the fuss was about when I read about the frustration of people w
ho had to wait for a long time. I signed up to be notified for ALL the devices when they came available.Time past... I contacted the suppliers and they told me in two weeks the GGTS would be there. I think they ment two months. Days, weeks, months
went by and I did start to understand...
Suddenly I got notified there were rba's available. By the time I got to the side( just hours after being notified) they were sold out. Contacted the supplier and he told me this were some returning devices( just a few). I got scared that when there would be GGTS devices coming it would be the same. He told me: don't worry the GGTS will come in a much bigger batch.
yesterday it seems like this batch arrived at E-guru. I got notified. When I click on the link I get an error. When I go to the e-smokeguru side you cant put the GGTS nor the stealth in yout basket.
Now I understand why on the net some GGTS are being sold for 400 dollar. Now I understand why people make these clones. I even understand why people are buying these clones.
My ithaka is working great but satisfying every vaper out there???

This topic has been discussed extensively all over the GG sub-forum. As with anything that has greater consumer demand than supply, you have to have patience and need to exert more effort to acquire one. Some disgruntled vapers, both those that want to own a exceptional mod and those that has no desire to own one but rather have cheap clones, wildly claims that mod makers intentionally curtail supply, which is far from the truth with Imeo. GG products are not produced in limited supply but rather it just has too great a demand, in fact Imeo produces as much as he possibly can without compromising product quality.

Imeo takes pride in his products and he wishes to deliver goods to consumers with excellent finish, fit and are works of art, which takes time to produce. In fact having a short supply of products gives no whatsoever financial advantage to Imeo, what it does though is gives GG buyers satisfaction that the GG they bought are made with top notch craftmanship and will satisfy new owners 101%.

My first GGTS took me months to get. My second - I sat around losing sleep for several hrs waiting for them to go on sale. - and then it was a free for all trying to get one. just sayin

Still it might be hard to get and allot of fuss, but if you can be patient you can find one around 300 second hand!!!! Or wait and get from a supplier. And mind you it is one of the best mods on the market by far IMHO!!!! And when it comes to demand Thanasis has been way better then most mods of this quality!!! And if you stop and take a look at what is going on around him in Greece this is a great accomplishment!!!

Thank you very much for your post Nick. We all know that GG is made in much bigger quantities than other mods and its also much cheaper for what it does, even if its a top quality mod with the most features on it. Now I am trying to reduce the time that GG is produced. That way we will be very close to what we all want: Big availability in a short of time

Imeo can only make so many at a time. Personally, I would prefer that all GG products be made in such a manner that the polishing was PERFECT, the threading PERFECT, etc etc.

When a person speeds up production to try and satisfy lots of people who are in a hurry, thats when mistakes are made, finish is not right, threading not right, your would not like to see that happen with GG would you Dutch??


If you would receive a GGTS that has scratches in the finish and wobbly tubes - then you would scream for sure, just saying, I know I would.
