Some folks asked how I clean my GGTS. I clean my GGTS monthly to ensure performance. The device I use to clean is a Sonic Cleaner. I'll show you how to use one in this video.

This Sonic cleaner I clean each device for 600 seconds with 4 caps of jewelry soap. The soap is specifically for sonic cleaners with distilled or bottled water. Once timer is set the cleaner gets all the grime and dirt between the threads and contacts. Once it's done I wash it out in hot water and dry it with paper towels.

Once dried its ready to be assembled. As you assemble the GGTS back together you will notice how smooth those threads are. When firing the device you will notice its even hotter do to the clean contacts. Also the vape comes with improve taste do to cleaning the collector tank.

To own a sonic cleaner is a great small investment for a high quality mechanical mods such as the GQ of E-Cigs like GGTS. It's very affordable, I picked this one from amazon for about 60 bucks and cleaners were like 7 bucks.

You can Taricone, for me if it feels rough then I add a little vaseline. Since I wash my GGTS every month so I keep good connectivity as and as you saw not much soap is used and only 600 seconds.

This is the model of the one I use. They do have more expensive ones but for what I use it for once a month on all my gg stuff is good for me.

What do you do to remove scratches. I have tried a dremel tool with polishing heads but no luck... :(

Hi DHumberson, for the scratches I use a buffer wheel with Stainless steel polish.

There are more affordable avenues but I use this not only my gg products but other things as well.
Autosol Stainless Steel Polish 750ml Can

like this will work fine and its cheaper. All you need is a drill. U can use 4 out of the 5 coarse compounds for Stainless Steel. keep in mind when changing compounds I advise to change the wheel. never use same wheel with different compounds.
Eastwood Buffing Kit - Paint Buffing Kits - Buffing and Polishing Kit

Another Alternative is bring it to a jeweler store dismantled they be able to polish each piece mirror polish. they usually charge like 10-15 bucks. and all scratches will be removed.

Thanks for that info. Have only had it a short while and I treat it as gold. Noy only that but it is my favorite piece to vape. I am just so afraid to damage it further.

Just ordered the Rayn ultrasonic cleaner from Amazon. There were other cleaners for less than half the cost but the Rayn has a bigger tank/basket and the timer has more presets. Also got a 6 pack of Blitz cleaning solution
I'll post back here after I try it out next week

Its a good choice because I fill basket with two ggts and 2 atomizers like ody pen etc. and the timer is longer. Oops i got to go give Ody his Funeral.
