I heard about these and I wanted some. I couldn't find 'em in the USA.

I found them here at e-Liquid.cn. I did search them here and I know, as a supplier, they have a pretty mixed bag of reviews. Most of the reviews are older though.

Here's how the ordering went:
Ordered 2 pkgs of 5 at $23/ pkg. They come in any resistance you want... as long as it's 2.7 ohm. I picked those.
Then the shipping charges came up... $28. Before consulting my brain, I clicked on the Yeah, I'll Do That 'Cause I'm an Idiot button.

Then the registration... which includes a MANDATORY date of birth field. Hmmmm. I put it in and hit the same button.

Then the purchase: At this point, I decided to edit the $28 shipping to the only other available choice: Estimate International Shipping. (Wonder what that means???)

Then payment..... The choices are PayPal & Wire Transfer. I chose PayPal. Add 5% for "PayPal fees" (Again, brain still dormant from shipping apathy.) It did later take me to the genuine PayPal site to pay though.

They charged me the $46 and sent me an email saying they would get back to me soon with my shipping estimate. I also got the usual order confirmation/welcome emails all other sites routinely generate; very professional.

So far, most of the 'purchase from China experience' seems okay. I guess time will tell. I'll post again here when I know.

I wonder, does anybody out there have any RECENT experience with this company???

Well, I got my emailed shipping estimate. 24 bucks, down from 28. Okay, so far-so good. But then the email further directs me to PayPal them the ENTIRE amount again! (I have already paid them for the product! All I owe them for now is the shipping.)

Also, their email references the wrong invoice number. (1 number away) I sent 'em an email asking them to please get it straightened out and invoice me for the correct amount. We'll see on Monday, I hope. Right now, I guess my order is in limbo...

I would contact paypal to get a refund and cancel your order. About the only saving grace you have in this situation is going through paypal, you have some chance of getting your money back. It might take a few weeks to iron out. That sounds like a bad deal to me, not only are you over paying, but they can't get the invoice correct, plus the long long wait for shipping, that leaves you hanging in limbo for about 3 weeks or longer, so you don't know if your order is legit. Unless you are willing to risk the $ you dropped already to find out.

Thanks to all for your responses. I do appreciate your help and advice. As it turns out, you are correct. (See below for conclusion.)

The joys of ordering from China 8)
Odd that you are suprised by this. All the micro cig outlets here will have them in stock, they will just change the name. Get ready for Fluxogiantomiser, and Infernomegamiser, or Tornadoubermiser.
Lots of things surprise me. But I'm usually not completely knocked off my horse! :)

UPDATE: The company never did answer any of my 3 very polite email requests to straighten out my order. But they evidently did spot this thread and decided to respond to it!
They sent me this lovely email:

0.0 Wow.

That's the most bizarre and foolish thing I've ever seen a company write. It makes me wonder if there is a Thorazine shortage in China. that did not sound even remotely sane.

I can only hope that there was some sort of mistranslation or something. Sometimes it is more unacceptable to say something in a particular way in one culture than in another, and one perceived rudeness can create another even bigger one. In the United states sending a letter like that to any customer will generally get the employee instantly fired, no matter what the customer said.

sounds like e-liquid has managed to "ban" itself in the USA.

I've ordered from them. It's Royal Smoker. Yes the postage is outrageous which is why you do a co-op---if it's possible.
I got my last order with no problems. It takes about two three days to get a confirmation but the last I heard they were a bit backlogged because of the holiday they just had.
As for correspondence, they don't get a good rating.

I thought the holiday wasn't over yet which is why i said it wasn't available. If that really wasw the royal smoker main retail channel then the blacklist may have some merit. They make all the CE2 cartos, and they appear lately to be the best ones currently available.

Perhaps they need some folks more familiar with customs in particular countries for their international business. that kind of thing is always tricky.

ROTFLMAO...

I don't have to read the e-Mail. I have a good idea of what it said. I have had dealings with e-Liquid.con before. They are a joke. Their e-mails will drive you crazy and make you want to run naked down the car pool lane on the 91 with you hair on fire.

Do yourself a favor and cancel your order. The Giantomizers will be in US retailers in about 2 weeks.

First, let me say I did not mean to violate any forum rules by posting the rude, nasty, vile threats emailed to me by e-liquid.cn. People here have helped me, Elendil. There are a LOT of great people here who have taken their time and lent their experience to helping me. So in all fairness, I had the opportunity ... Wait, scratch that, the RESPONSIBILITY to help this community in return by warning them about e-liquid.cn. When their nasty, threatening email was sent to me, it became MY property to show people as I wish. What kind of a member would I be if I stood by quietly and watched other members be victimized by E-Liquid.cn??? Or even worse, if I tried to use my own words to paraphrase that ranting, screaming, almost violent email from them??? So yes, I felt the only way to HONESTLY help this community was to post it word for word.

Also, I have read the forum rules and am unable to find the one that you are referring to about No posting of emails. So, I wonder... Did you receive a complaint from the supplier??? Does This have something to do with the "rule"? I am having trouble understanding why, after reading their email, any mod would choose to delete it from members' view?

PLEASE tell me: If you endorse (or hide) this kind of nightmarish behavior from a supplier, then yes, maybe I'm in the wrong spot. I hope not though. I like it here. But if attacked, I come up swingin'... even if it is a wealthy, powerful supplier.

Anyway Elendil, I apologize for the linked (duplicate) post I added to Supplier Reviews regarding this. It won't happen again.

You are treading on thin ice here. But I tell you what, since you seem to have an issue with comprehension, I will help you out.
Here is a link to the forum rules: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/announcements-rules/51178-forum-rules.html

I draw your attention to #8 on this list. To further assist you, I will quote it here before you further choke on your foot that you have firmly in your mouth:

8. Posting the content of PMs or personal emails on the forum is not allowed. All PMs and emails are deemed to be confidential and cannot be made public except with the prior written consent of the author.

See how easy that is when you take the time to read the rules rather than assuming someone is acting in a less than honest fashion.
In the future, please exercise caution before making accusations that are simply untenable.

Heck, Where did you find those??? I never saw those! You keep the rules in a thread? It looks like I made another mistake assuming they could be found linked at the bottom of every page where it says Forum Rules. Thanks for pointing that out. I will comply.
By the way, I received another abusive email during the night from eliquid.cn. This new email calls me a dog and taunts me for having my posts here edited by the management. Thanks for your time E.

this may qualify then under rule 5. This guy sounds pretty unprofessional. If he's not the owner the guy should probably be informed because he;s costing the company sales, and if he is he should hire someone to do customer service because while self confidence and hot headed ness can be an advantage for an entrepreneur, it is can be very bad in customer service.

I can understand wanting to post e-Mails from Martinez and e-Liquid.con. I have some classics that still amaze me. Very hard to imagine how someone in business can verbally abuse a customer in 4th grade broken English, but he can and does. Unfortunately in this case, the ECF does have a rule against it. So no matter how over-the-top and e-Mail is, it can Not be posted here.

Very simply, Martinez has Anger Issues. He is also a lurker on this forum. He doesn’t have the spine to post, he just silently observes. All the while building his Black Ball list. If you post anything negative about e-Liquid.con or RS you get put on his list. I know first hand, I’m near the top of it.

In a way it’s funny. Because some of the key members on this forum are the ones responsible for most of the improvements and evolution of the E2. We were more than willing to help Martinez until he systematically burned each of us will customer service and return issues.

let me be clear. No one is saying you cannot discuss a bad experience with a supplier, you just cannot post the contents of a private communication between two parties without written consent of both parties. When you relate your experience it needs to be done in a professional fashion. How a supplier reacts to criticism is often a good measure what you can expect when dealing with them.
