Gift certificate problem

I got a gift certificate from my sister today and was hoping to use it with the family sale that's running until midnight, but the code on the gift sheet they sent her is coming up as invalid I don't know if any of the reps will be checking this forum today, but if someone who can help happens to see this and could message me, it would be much appreciated.

Can you PM me the code that you got from her? I will look into it before the evening is over - but -- there is a rumor that this Xmas sale may Extend 24 more hours to make sure people get the GREAT discount throughout the weekend, without having to steal time away from your loved ones.

Well, sorry guys, I gotta bail early tonight! Have to be at the inlaws at 9am. That's not bad, but I've got to get up at 5am so I can get enough booze in me so I don't try and kill them all!
I just don't seem to be very tolerant any more.
