Ok so we have tried a few:

Vapeonly BDC (Aspire knock off?) glass clearo

vivi Nova

iClear 30

Cheap disposables (brandless)

Kanger T3S

All in all they all performed well. Each has their pros and cons. We are still trying to find something that is compact, glass, easy to clean, cheap (but quality) heads, removable tip, and long lasting.

I like the bottom coils because I don't have to worry about getting a dry hit so much. We change flavors about once a week, so that's why I would like something I can break all the way down to clean. The Vivi Nova gets top marks for being the easiest to clean out of all of ours.

Anyway- please let us know your suggestions.

Thank you!

Thanks guys. Yes I have looked at the mini protank and it looks good. I worry about not having a drip tip though.

She is looking for something a little more compact that she can use at work too. She like the aspire type clearomizer even though it only holds about 1.8. If I get her another larger than a 2ml, she probably won't want to use it. I love my iClear 30 but the top coil can be a pain sometimes.

An easy fix for your Vivi-Nova is to trim the wicks short and unravel them, fluff them up. A tilt to take a vape is enough to "drip" on the coil, which now resembles a 510 atty without the tube). It's similar to squonking a REO or other bottom feeder.

the mini PT2's tip is removeable, I have 3 of them- none have the tips they came with in them.

Plus, if your lokoing for something thats bottome coild AND glass AND compact- the mini PT2 is all of those- I use them as my "at Work" and "On the Go" tank on an eGo twist for the same reason, compact, easy into a pocket...

How about one of these Smoktech ARO Pyrex Glass eGo BCC

Or pro tank 2 mini, depends on your budget.

I am brand new, and the Aro Pyrex are what they sold to me at my local vape shop, to go with the SOV ego batteries. I have really liked them so far. They are easy to fill and absolutely have not leaked at all.

Yes, you guys are correct. I guess I was looking at a PT1. Didn't realize that they had made a removable drip tip. I will show her the pictures in the morning a put 2 PT2(v2)'s and 2 ARO's on order and we will test drive them and report back.

Where is a good place to order from? I don't want to wait a month for it to come off the boat from China (made that mistake on a cell phone accessory before).

Thanks!

The latest thing is tanks with air flow controller. Have you seen this?

Thank you for the video link! Very good raw data in there! I guess I will have to try a couple and see what works best for us. Sounds like any of the 2.4 glass ones will work for us though.

Thumbs up!

I have both a PT2 and an Iclear 30. I prefer the Iclear for the better hit I get. My PT2 seems to have more of an "airy" hit to it and is not as satisfying overall. Also I have found that the wicks for the PT2 only tend to last about 1/2 as long as the wicks for my Iclear 30 and 16 units. Not sure why other than the wicks are so tiny maybe?

Similar story here... PT2 and iClear 30S... PT2 is a very airy draw. As Taylor said... it's "unsatisfying" to me as well. However I've got an Kanger Aerotank in the mail so... airflow control and dual coil... should hopefully fix those issues and make me like ProTanks again.

The MINI Protank 2 V2 is different than a Protank 2. The MINI is smaller, slimmer, less airy & is ego threaded--not 510. There is also a new MINI version of the Aro tank in Pyrex also called a V2. I am happy with my EVOD's for non-tank cracker liquids and MINI PT2 V2's for tank crackers. I use my regular Protank 2 while watching tv & web surfing. It's too heavy for on the go & holds too much liquid for my finicky taste buds. Bonus--all my coils are interchangeable.
